FEB 22, 2011 (Kansas City, MO) — Congressman Emanuel Cleaver, II (D-MO) announced that neighborhoods in Kansas City will receive $1.0 million in affordable housing grants through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines Affordable Housing Program (AHP).
